  • If you don't receive your package, you must file a claim with the CARRIER as We are not HELD RESPONSIBLE for LOST, MISPLACED or STOLEN PACKAGES! Once we receive notification that the package has been delivered, we are NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE For REPLACING. No exceptions!
